ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT

Windmill has a team of highly skilled acquisition professionals trained in many aspects of acquisition management and logistics. Windmill’s staff has been involved in the acquisition support and successful integration, implementation and fielding of US Air Force Command and Control mission systems and maintenance enhancements for over 28 years. Our team has developed and managed programs from conceptual development through production, test and disposal and all acquisition stages and milestones in between. Windmill’s “right size” staffing approach ensures that we will provide the right resources necessary for the acquisition milestone at hand, without complicating the team with unnecessary resources that may be needed as the program matures. Our professionals are trained to regularly review and re-assess the acquisition resources necessary for each effort, adjusting the skill mix to better meet the current needs of the program and to prepare for and meet the future acquisition needs of the program.
